In my last post I recommended that you bring an autograph book if you’re visiting Walt Disney World. Today I’d like to introduce the autograph books themselves and the signatures Disney characters wrote for me in person.
📘 The 2025 Disney Autograph Book
This is the autograph book I bought new on this trip to Walt Disney World in Orlando! (I picked it up on our first day at World of Disney in Disney Springs.)
There’s a basic version with only paper pages, but there’s also a type with photo sleeves on one side. I wanted to put the photos I took with each character right next to their signature page, so I chose the photo-sleeve autograph book. It also comes with a pen, which made asking for autographs really convenient.

💡 Don’t worry if you don’t have a pen! Cast Members carry spare pens you can borrow.
Price: $27.99
📕 The Late-1990s Autograph Book
I also brought along the autograph book I got when I visited Disney in Orlando as a very young child — back in my stroller days. My parents bought it, so I don’t know the price or exactly when it was purchased. 😂
It has a soft, padded cover with a classic design of Mickey and Minnie. You can really feel the ’90s vibe, right? Almost 30 years later, it’s still in great shape with no fading or damage. The quality is seriously impressive!

✍️ Character Signatures Compared
Each Disney character has a unique signature that reflects their personality. As you collect them, it’s fun to see how the designs differ slightly depending on the character’s personality, style and era.
So today I’m comparing all the signatures I collected on my Disney visits in 1998, 2006 and 2025! Some characters’ signatures haven’t changed at all, while others have evolved a little over the years, which makes them fun to look through 😍
