Today I’m sharing my visit to EPCOT at Walt Disney World ✨

Before the trip, I spent a lot of time planning, driven by the ambition to ride every attraction and the goal of moving as efficiently as possible with minimal backtracking. To help anyone who’s figuring out their own EPCOT route, I’ve laid everything out in the exact order and at the times I actually rode. (For reference, I bought Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass and used the paid passes throughout the day.)

Visit date: September 28, 2025 Weather: Sunny (with occasional 30-minute showers)

7:30 Shuttle to EPCOT

It takes about 15 minutes from Coronado Springs Resort to EPCOT. We headed over ahead of Early Entry (8:30), ready to rope drop the most popular attraction, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind!

7:45 Arriving at EPCOT

After the security check, we were in. Everyone ran toward Guardians of the Galaxy as one 😆

8:30 #1 Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind (1st ride, rope drop) We rode after waiting about 40 minutes. The ride vehicles rotate as they move, which makes the thrills feel twice as intense. This was my family’s No. 1 attraction at EPCOT. It’s the kind of ride that makes you say “I want to go again!” right away 💫

9:00 Shopping and Club Cool

After browsing the shops in World Discovery, we visited Club Cool, where you can sample Coca-Cola flavors from around the world for free!

They have small cups like these so you can try lots of different flavors. The Madagascar Coca-Cola flavor was especially good 🥤

9:35 #2 Mission: SPACE (Multi Pass) A simulation ride where you experience G-forces. You can choose between “Green” (the milder version) and “Orange” (the more intense version). To avoid motion sickness, I went with Green. The effects really make it feel like you’re traveling through space 🌍

9:50 #3 Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind (2nd ride, Single Pass) One more time with Single Pass! This time the soundtrack was September. A different song plays at random on every ride 🎶

10:30 Photos with the Giant Sphere

11:10 Mickey and Friends

The wait was only 20 minutes, so we got in line right away. This is where you can meet Mickey, Minnie, and Goofy all at once! We took photos and got autographs too 💖

11:30 Lunch at Space 220

Space 220 is a must-visit at EPCOT! The way you ride an elevator up to a “space station” is so cool. I wrote up the full dining review in the post below 🚀

12:35 #4 Test Track (Multi Pass) You design your own car and then take it for a high-speed drive! The sense of speed is a real thrill 🏎️

13:20 #5 Soarin’ (Multi Pass) A hang-gliding-style ride that feels like flying over famous landmarks around the world. The film below your feet, plus the wind and scent effects, make it perfect! 🌏

14:30 #6 Living with the Land (Multi Pass) A boat ride that takes you through a farm run by Disney. The crops they grow are fascinating, and it’s a perfect relaxing break 🍃 (From around this point, maybe because of jet lag, I started getting really tired… It happened to be raining too, so we rested on a bench inside for about 30 minutes before moving on.)

15:20 #7 The Seas with Nemo & Friends (Multi Pass) A Finding Nemo–themed attraction. After the ride, you continue into a real large aquarium, so you can take your time looking at adorable sea creatures 🐠

And now, part 2 begins… The second half of EPCOT is a journey through World Showcase’s country pavilions. I went counterclockwise: Mexico → Norway → China → Germany → Italy → Morocco → France → United Kingdom → Canada. By this point I’d already passed 10,000 steps 😂 Time to refuel with ice cream 🍦

16:30 #8 Gran Fiesta Tour (Mexico)

A boat ride set to traditional Mexican music. It has a charming, doll-world feel and is really cute.

17:10 #9 Frozen Ever After (Norway)

A Frozen-themed flume ride. Multi Pass reservations for it are so popular that they sell out early, so I waited about 40 minutes in the standby line. Still, the scene where Elsa appears is magical ❄️

18:10 Outpost

Worn out from the Frozen wait, we stopped at the Outpost snack stand for a break. We rested our tired legs and got a sugar boost with a DOLE Whip (pineapple slush with ice cream)! They also sell dishes like Peanut Stew, which tasted a bit like Korean doenjang (soybean paste) porridge.

18:10 Germany and Italy

The Germany pavilion is famous for its caramel popcorn 🍿 (made right there at the Werther’s Original shop!). In the Italy pavilion, they were even selling luxury designer-brand T-shirts. And at each country’s shop, you can find Mickey plush toys in traditional costume and T-shirts with Mickey on them, which would make great souvenirs to collect one by one (though they were too pricey for me to buy…).

18:40 Morocco

The exotic architecture and carpet shops are impressive. If you’re lucky, you can meet Princess Jasmine… but sadly she’d already clocked out for the day when I got there 😅

19:00 United Kingdom

19:10 Canada

The Canada pavilion is decorated with trees and a waterfall, so it feels like taking a walk in nature. (I must have been really tired… I didn’t take a single photo here.)

20:10 #10 Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure (Multi Pass) (France) A 3D trackless ride where you explore a Paris kitchen from a rat’s point of view. The scents, wind, and movement are so realistic that it’s incredibly immersive! 🧀🐭

21:00 Luminous The Symphony of Us

EPCOT’s headline show ✨ Fireworks, fountains, and music come together over the center of the lagoon for a moving finale. If you visit EPCOT, don’t miss it!

EPCOT is huge, and I walked 23,000 steps that day alone, but exploring all the different countries was a lot of fun. Thanks to making the most of Multi Pass and rope dropping, I got to enjoy almost every attraction I wanted.

I’ve rounded up my EPCOT tips in the next post. If you’re curious, check it out below.
