📍 Magic Kingdom Park — Bay Lake, FL 32836, USA

In this post I’m sharing my Lightning Lane Multi Pass booking strategy for Magic Kingdom. Multi Pass return times fill up quickly from the morning, so popular attractions book up very fast — which is why you really need a strategy.

Magic Kingdom is the park with the most Multi Pass attractions, so strategy matters a lot if you want to book as many as possible efficiently. Naturally, you want to book the attractions that sell out fastest first, right? So I’ve put together Magic Kingdom’s ranking by average sell-out time over the last 7 days. (Data source: thrill-data.com)

📌 Magic Kingdom Multi Pass sell-out ranking (last 7-day average)

  1. Jungle Cruise
  2. Peter Pan’s Flight
  3. Tiana’s Bayou Adventure – New!
  4. The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
  5. Pirates of the Caribbean
  6. Haunted Mansion
  7. Tomorrowland Speedway
  8. Under the Sea – Journey of The Little Mermaid
  9. Space Mountain
  10. The Magic Carpets of Aladdin
  11. Mickey’s PhilharMagic
  12. “it’s a small world”
  13. Dumbo the Flying Elephant
  14. Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor
  15. The Barnstormer
  16. Mad Tea Party

The top-ranked attractions at Magic Kingdom are all Tier 1, so you can pick only one of these three:

  • Jungle Cruise
  • Peter Pan’s Flight
  • Tiana’s Bayou Adventure – New!

In summer, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure sold out fastest, but in winter like now it sells out a bit more slowly and sits in 3rd place. So my recommended first 3 bookings for a winter visit are:

✔ First 3 bookings

  1. Jungle Cruise (Tier 1)
  2. Pirates of the Caribbean (Tier 2)
  3. Haunted Mansion (Tier 2)

The best move is to ride Jungle Cruise first → then book Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.

✔ What to book as you move around

  • After Pirates of the Caribbean → book The Magic Carpets of Aladdin
  • After Tiana’s Bayou Adventure → book Peter Pan’s Flight

The remaining Adventureland / Fantasyland attractions have short waits, so ride them as you go and head toward Liberty Square.

  • After Haunted Mansion → book The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh

That’s the core strategy for reliably getting the popular attractions. After this point things are more relaxed, so book whatever fits your own schedule and route.

🧭 A suggested route if you’d rather have an order to follow

  1. “it’s a small world”
  2. Mickey’s PhilharMagic
  3. Under the Sea – Journey of The Little Mermaid
  4. Dumbo the Flying Elephant
  5. The Barnstormer
  6. Mad Tea Party
  7. Tomorrowland Speedway
  8. Space Mountain
  9. Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor

Booking and moving in this order takes you efficiently around the whole park. If you have awkward gaps between return times, fill them by riding nearby attractions with short waits. Magic Kingdom also has lots of character greetings, so I recommend making use of those too.

⏳ Things to do while you wait

  • Visit nearby Disney character greetings
  • Take photos of Cinderella Castle from the front, side and back
  • Browse the shops

That’s my complete Magic Kingdom Multi Pass strategy.
